The real measure of a good attorney is this: What does the attorney do to maximize the potential of a given case and how do we best represent the individual interests of our clients?
Drazin and Warshaw represents a standard of quality, handed down and instilled in us by my father who founded the practice over 65 years ago.
Medical malpractice cases are really the most intellectually challenging of all the cases I handle. They can take years of preparation, gathering and analyzing of information and successfully presenting it in court is truly rewarding. Our practice really extends much further, into negligence-related accidents, product liability claims, exposures to toxic substances.
Often the big cases - involving $500,000 or more - tend to settle more easily than the smaller cases. The stakes become very high. By thoroughly preparing each case in the office for trial we set a tone that demonstrates our resolve to the defendant and their insurance company. This also instills confidence in our clients who know that we are ready, willing and able to take their case to a jury and strengthen their resolve to achieve the most favorable result.
My brother Dennis and I complement each other well and often provide each other with ideas and strategies the same way we did our father.
I am a true courtroom attorney. In my career invaluable experience was gained from years of back-to-back courtroom battles. It was not unusual for me to be in court four or five days a week trying cases involving serious claims including automobile accidents, fall downs, medical malpractice and products liability.
We are truly members of our community, and we're proud of the role we play in representing the interests of accident and malpractice victims. Our confidence is built upon our record; when an attorney takes on and wins the more difficult cases, the attorney has the right to be confident.
Our reputation usually translates into more favorable settlements, and I believe our trial skills and experience afford better odds for our clients.
