I think the first item prospective clients should know is that we are very selective in the cases we take. We carefully screen our cases from the beginning, and are willing to incur the necessary expenses to help ensure that we can achieve the results our clients deserve in the cases we commit to.

Once we accept a case, I think our firm brings a level of expertise that significantly improves our clients' chances for success. With broad resources and proven legal talent, we're a unique firm.

I deliberately don't work from a script when I first meet potential clients. The fact is, when someone comes to me, they've usually experienced a terrible life-changing event. They may have lost a loved one, been diagnosed with cancer or recently given birth to a child with a permanent disability. I'm very sensitive to the burdens they are facing.

So from the inception I try very hard to answer their questions and explain to them what they can expect during the course of litigation. I encourage them to have confidence in our justice system, in our firm, and in me. I make it a point to be extremely responsive to my clients. My clients know that my iPhone is always on and I am easily accessible.

I genuinely love what I do. As advocates for the seriously injured we assume a tremendous responsibility. Our clients rely on us and there is no greater feeling in the world than knowing we've done our job exceptionally well, and that the result will significantly and tangibly help our clients' lives.
