Samuel L. Davis' long list of affiliations reflects his reputation as one of the leading trial attorneys in New Jersey. A Certified Civil Trial Attorney, Mr. Davis is also a sustaining member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, American Barristers Academy and a fellow of the Roscoe Pound Institute. He is also Chair of ATLA's Orthopedic Device Litigation Group and Vice Chair of the American Bar Association Committee on Law and Medicine. Mr. Davis has written and lectured extensively about trial techniques and the use of videoconferencing in trial. His article "A Practical Guide to Videoconferencing" appeared in the March 2000 issue of Trial Magazine. Mr. Davis frequently lectures in New Jersey's "Hot Tips in Tort Law" sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Association and speaks at similar seminars hosted by the National College of Advocacy and New Jersey ATLA.
