Roberta D. Pichini
Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Law - Philadelphia, PA

We review many, many cases every week and, with each one, we carefully examine the facts, the law surrounding the claim, and, yes, the potential for a recovery. When we commit our time and resources to your matter, our commitment is complete and unwavering. We share the risk and the burden and we only take those cases in which we feel we can make a real and meaningful difference for our clients.

Our rule is to work hard on good cases - and for great clients.

The contingency fee system is what keeps justice accessible for millions of people. We fight the fight every day to preserve access to the justice system for everyday people, the ordinary citizens with no special influence.

Access to our justice system has certainly eroded, and continues to be threatened. The desired courtroom goal of a level playing field is more difficult to achieve. It is an on-going fight to keep the courthouse doors open. Part of the problem is underfunding of the courts. The bigger problem is the creation of new obstacles to access to justice, including restrictive laws that limit the liability of large entities and corporations. In recent years, there's been this notion that, somehow, corporations are people, too. I disagree. It's illogical and works a hardship on victims in a number of ways.

The Feldman Shepherd firm is the most exciting firm in the city. We are innovative from the top down. Alan Feldman has won major verdicts in the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, trying difficult cases that other firms have refused to take on. He has held those verdicts at the Supreme Court level for each state. His is a brilliant record. My other partners similarly are courageous and successful trial lawyers who have achieved record-setting results. The depth of exceptionally-skilled lawyers in this firm is second to none. That's why our firm has repeatedly received national recognition.

I love what I do - doing good work for great clients is the most rewarding thing in the world.
