Gerry Krovatin's many professional affiliations reflect his longtime leadership in criminal-defense law. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey, (as well as the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of which he was also a trustee from 1995-1999). He is a fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers (inducted in 2003) and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is admitted to practice state and federal courts including U.S. District Court of New Jersey, the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, among others. He has served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers Law School, his alma mater, and he is the author of "The Criminal Environmental Investigations: Caution Flags for Corporate Managers" (Cardozo Law Review, 1991).
