Dan Rizzi is a member of the New York State Bar Association, as well as a member of the Bar's Employment Law and Litigation Sections and its Equal Employment Opportunity Law Committee. He is a member of the New York State Management Attorneys Conference. He is admitted to practice in New York State, as well as in the Federal District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Fifth Circuits. He has written and lectured on a variety of labor and employment law topics, including sexual harassment training and workplace diversity.
