Frank LaRocca is certified as a matrimonial attorney by the N.J. State Supreme Court, a designation conferred on only 100 attorneys in the state. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as the Bergen and Monmouth County bar associations. He has been a member of the Family Law section of the state and Bergen County bar since 1996, and served on the executive committee of the Family Law Section in Bergen County. Frank also serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court District IIA Fee Arbitration Committee. Having served as a panelist for the Early Settlement Program of Bergen County since 1996, he was made chair of his panel in 2002. He has lectured for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the New Jersey Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Business Institute on a wide variety of family law issues. Frank is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, the Superior Court of New Jersey, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United State Tax Court.
