Divorce Law - Livingston, NJ

When I meet with you for the first time, one of the first objectives is to discuss the law and how it applies to your situation. Frequently, I have clients come to me with certain expectations and assumptions based on conversations they'd had with friends and relatives, and what they may have found on the Internet. Through our discussions, clients are provided with a strategic roadmap that will evolve over time until the case concludes.

I make a great effort to clarify each client's case and define the priorities and objectives from the start. From there we discuss various options to achieve desired results and help the client move on with his or her life.

As client and counsel, we get to know each other well, which is why trust and comfort is a key part of my representation.

For me it is pretty simple: You have to represent your client fully, effectively, forcefully - and most importantly, ethically. I work hard, and make sure to maintain a basic sense of forthrightness and decency. This is oftentimes a very emotional process for the client and I take pride in going through that process together.

In many respects, I feel as though I am just getting started. I was fortunate enough to be named a partner relatively early in my career. I am proud and humbled to be where I am in my career at a firm like Fox. I can only look forward with excitement to what the future holds.
