Eric Dubinsky is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is a member of the Matrimonial Committee of both the Nassau and Suffolk county bars. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern District of New York, and he is admitted to the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He was admitted to practice before the New York State Bar in 1988. He has been honored for his volunteer legal services by the Nassau/Suffolk Law Services Volunteer Lawyers Child Support Project.
