David Rasner is head of the matrimonial law department of Fox Rothschild, with more than 250 attorneys and 8 offices from Atlantic City, N.J., to Pittsburgh. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and American Bar Association, and is a member of the Family Law Sections of each of those professional organizations. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is a former chair of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Domestic Rules Committee. Rasner is a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (continuing legal education and the basic legal Practice course for the Philadelphia Bar Association) and has written many articles in Fair Share, a Prentice Hall monthly publication, devoted to family law issues. He was former president and current member of the Board of Trustees of Philadelphia's Atwater Kent Museum, originally appointed by Mayor Edward G. Rendell.
