For me it's pretty simple: Our practice is all about our people. Our clients come from all walks of life, from all over New York, and they recognize we are not 'just another law firm.' We will always - always - return that phone call from our client. We'll always be accessible and available. We'll come to your house, after hours if necessary. And when you call, when I am available you will speak with me directly. Responsiveness is part of my basic philosophy.

The bottom line is, we're proud of our work for our clients, day in and day out. Many firms will stay in one jurisdiction. Our experience has taken us to courthouses throughout the New York region. We handle a broad range of cases, throughout the New York area - from Suffolk County to Orange County to the Five Boroughs.

I take seriously the value of respect - my personal respect for my clients, and our clients' respect for us and our staff.

I don't - I can't -- just tell my clients what they want to hear. I'll be forthright from the first conversation. Honesty is at the heart of every relationship with any client.

As I say on our firm's website, 'If I give my best effort, am honest with my clients, and they are honest with me, things seem to have a way of working out for the best.'

I learned Spanish at an early age, and I use that skill today with a sizable percentage of our clients. A lot of law firms claim to "Se Habla Español" but it is almost always not your lawyer doing the speaking. That makes a big difference. Cases are complex, and require careful communication.

I was one of the first in my family to finish college. My parents gave me opportunities they didn't have. Today many of my own clients can relate to that. My clients are hard-working people who deserve the most responsive and effective representation they can get.
