Kate Hartman is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Burlington County Bar Association, and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey. She is also a former trustee of the Burlington County Bar Association and a trustee of the Burlington County Bar Foundation. She is admitted to practice before both New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Courts, and she is admitted to practice before the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. In 2002 she was selected among the Top Forty Attorneys Under Forty by the New Jersey Law Journal. She is also a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers New Jersey. She has lectured widely on both criminal law and employment law matters in such venues as the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and Bar association conferences.
