Thomas J. Gosse is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania and American bar associations. He is a certified criminal trial attorney, a designation by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as two federal district courts and Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (as well as that organization's New Jersey Chapter), and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He served, for three years through 2002, on the Board of Ethics for the Camden County Bar. While in law school he was an editor of The Rutgers Law Journal. Gosse wrote a significant article on the tort-law issue of emotional suffering by parents in a wrongful birth claim.
