Margaret Goodzeit is a member of the New Jersey and New York bars, and is admitted to the federal bars of the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a member of the Family Law Sections of the New York State, Somerset County and Middlesex County Bar Associations. Furthermore, Goodzeit is a Certified Mediator for the American Arbitration Association and an Early Settlement Panelist for the Family Part of the State Superior Court's Chancery Division. She has been a lecturer for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education on family law matters and has written extensively on family law; she is a managing editor of The New Jersey Family Lawyer, as well as a member of the editorial board of New Jersey Lawyer, the Magazine.
